Singer and actress and song writer Jana Kramer rose to fame on television where she joined the cast in One Tree Hill as Alex during its last three seasons. On the episodes she was seen performing her first country album. Her album of the same title was featured in the Billboard 200's Top 20. Thirty One from 2015 reached number ten. The decade ended by appearances in Dancing with the Stars. In 2021, the album The Doubting Voices came out. The girl was born and raised within Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer grew up on country music and would eventually make a record career, but she started her career acting as an actress, who made her screen debut in the indie horror film Dead/Undead as she was in her teen years. In the past, she appeared on several shows including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the part of Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights in the second season (2007-2008). Kramer appeared as Portia Ranson in 90210 between 2008 and 2009 as well as Brooke Manning on Entourage 2009 before being cast on the show on the CW's One Tree Hill as Alex Dupre in 2009 where she continued to appear until the series' final season in the year 2012. I Got the Boy (a Top Five country single) and Steven Tyler's duet Aerosmith contributed to the album's ability to get even better reviews which saw it reach the top three spot on the Billboard 200. Starting in September of 2016, her two-month stay on the 23rd episode of Dancing with the Stars ended with her finishing fourth.
